Introduction

Welcome to Prize Golfer! By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all members, including those with free and premium memberships.

Membership Eligibility

​

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.

  • Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Prize Golfer reserves the right to verify the information provided.

  • A maximum of 1 account per person is allowed. Any duplicate accounts will be deleted

 

Free Membership

​

  • Free members are entitled to one entry per prize draw.

  • Participation in prize draws is automatic upon verification of email and phone number.

Paid Membership

  • Paid memberships offer enhanced entry opportunities into all prize draws.

    • Birdie Membership: 10 entries per draw.

    • Eagle Membership: 20 entries per draw.

    • Albatross Membership: 50 entries per draw.

  • Paid membership fees are charged monthly.

  • Paid members can cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable.

 

Prize Draws

  • Prize draws are conducted live on social media and recorded for transparency.

  • Prize draws are carried out using independent verification software.

  • Winners will be notified via email and announced on our social media channels.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Member Conduct

  • Members must not engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

  • Any attempt to manipulate the prize draw process will result in immediate disqualification and account termination.

 

Data Protection

  • Prize Golfer is committed to protecting members' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Members have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

 

Changes to Terms

  • Prize Golfer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

  • Members will be notified of significant changes via email.

 

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prize Golfer operates.
